The project involved complete interior demolition followed by extensive infrastructure and finish upgrades. The completed renovation delivered a clean, modern, and inviting ice cream parlor designed for efficient operations and an exceptional customer experience.
Scope: New underground plumbing, grease interceptor installation, upgraded electrical service, new electrical panel and transformer, complete electrical rewiring, walk-in freezer installation, walk-in cooler installation, new flooring, interior finishes and painting, upgraded lighting, custom millwork, granite countertops
