Naveed Dastagir is the Founder and President of J&N Construction Co. (dba JNA Homes), a California-based general contractor specializing in multifamily renovations, commercial construction, capex programs, and complex occupied renovations. With over a decade of construction management experience and an engineering background, he has contributed to hundreds of millions of dollars in construction projects across Northern California. His portfolio includes multifamily communities, commercial tenant improvements, healthcare facilities, and luxury residential developments, including projects with leading industry developers such as 3131 El Camino Real, Russell Square, and Emerson Park. Naveed remains actively involved in every phase of construction, providing strategic leadership from preconstruction through project completion while helping clients maximize value through quality, efficiency, and disciplined execution.
John Perino, Vice President
John Perino is the Vice President of J&N Construction Co. (dba JNA Homes) with over 20 years of experience delivering large-scale residential, multifamily, commercial, and mid-rise construction projects throughout California. He brings extensive expertise in field operations, safety management, scheduling, quality control, and subcontractor coordination, with a proven track record of leading complex projects from groundbreaking through completion. Prior to joining J&N Construction, John held leadership roles with SRM Construction, Comstock Homes, Toll Brothers, and Shea Homes, overseeing the successful execution of high-profile developments. At J&N Construction, John provides field leadership across all phases of construction, ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, on schedule, and to the highest standards of quality for clients across the multifamily, commercial, and residential sectors.
